For two hours (group of minimum 3 people) we practice jumping technique.
We go through body position, speed and technique under the guidance of the MTB coach to get better jumping technique.
Suitable for those who already jump table tops but struggling with the popping, maybe suck up the jumps only or hesitate because you are not sure of your technique.
Everyone gets personal feedback and can fine tune the technique to be in control on the bike and balanced in the air. Afterwards, you have tools to continue to practice. See you!
